The pickling plant of the Spanish company T.T.I. Tubacex Tubos Inoxidables S.A. was upgraded with two KVK tanks with integrated suction channels.
The tanks are equipped with KVK bundle separators, which separate the pipe bundles to avoid galvanising flaws.
The extracted fumes are scrubbed in a KVK fume extraction system. The scrubbing system was designed with a calculation program that we developed.
