The Lichtgitter Group is one of the world's leading manufacturers in the area of industrial floor coverings. The new galvanising plant in Heek is now the third one, in addition to the galvanising plants in Stadtlohn and Sulz am Neckar.
Lichtgitter has integrated KVK Pre-treatment in Heek for the first time. Here, Koerner was able to completely convince Lichtgitter with the quality of the KVK pickling tanks and the high environmental standards of the KVK system.
With tank dimensions of 8.0 m x 1.45 m x 3.2 m, a wide range of applications are covered from classical structural steelwork, continuing with series products up to products for metalworking shops.
Through the optimum layout and high degree of automation of the plant, annual throughput of up to 99,000 tons is possible.
